After previously bypassing Australia on her Confessions world tour, Madonna has confirmed that she will be back in Australia performing by next year.
In an interview with News Limited, Madonna indicated that she was ready to tour down under after leaving out Australian dates on her last three tours.
“How bad do you want me to be there? There's a chance. It's been a while. It's the least I can do,” Madonna said.
Promoter of the Australian leg of the tour Michael Chugg has confirmed speculation of the down under tour.
“It is being talked about and there is a promoter trying to put it together.”
It has been fifteen years since Madonna last toured in Australia.
Madonna’s news single Four Minutes (To Save The Earth) will hit radio later this month..

Am so glad to hear that madonna is considering returning to oz for her next world tour. It's only been 15 years since she planted her feet on australian soil so about time MADS!! Hope she keeps her promise and us aussies don't get left out. keep the music comin madonna- your the BEST!!!
we all love Madonna, however, isnt it time we all started to make a stand to proove a point - Madonna loves the colour of our money but has not toured here in 17 years - maybe we all should stop buying Madonna merchandise until the tour dates are confirmed and in black and white
