Rufus Wainwright and the Scissor Sisters are just two of the musical acts confirmed to take part in Fashion Against AIDS, a project by H&M and Designers Against AIDS to raise needed funds for HIV/AIDS prevention projects.

Twenty-five percent of proceeds from the range developed by the musicians (others taking part include the Cardigans and Ziggy Marley) will go to projects established worldwide.

Also confirmed to take part is Rihanna, who said through press release “Supporting YouthAIDS through the Fashion Against AIDS campaign was a great way to encourage my fans to join me in the fight against HIV/AIDS.

“I love that H&M is providing a fashionable and easy way for young people all over the world to get involved in this worthy cause.”

The clothing range for Fashion Against AIDS will hit stores in the United States in February.
